The holiday is very important for both our guests, the right time to regenerate and regain energy. In order to enjoy it to the fullest, we have planned a series of measures and a commitment to cleaning to be adopted:
NEW WINTER SEASON 2023:
- all surfaces are sanitized twice a day with professional products
- the apartments are sanitized following an advanced cleaning protocol
- all linen sanitized at high temperatures
- the staff on duty is equipped with a mask
- safety distances are observed (1 mt)
COVID-19 REFUND CONDITIONS***:
1. The country of origin requires the guest to put himself in "quarantine" upon returning from the stay.

For all our customers who will not be able to take advantage of the holiday due to Covid-19, we will issue a voucher that can be spent within one year at our facility.
